摘  要：当前档案学本科专业实习呈现专业实习开展常态化、生均经费投入差异化等新特点，折射出紧跟档案学前沿和专业化趋势，以及“云实习”新模式等，但仍存在许多问题。对此，应加快出台相关政策法规，加强安全保障;设定实习经费弹性标准，加大经费投入;尽快统一实践实习要求，规范实习工作;积极探索“云”实习改革，增强应变能力。

Abstract： The current undergraduate professional internship in archival science presents new features including the normalization of professional internship， the differentiation of per-student funding， which reflect the trend of keeping up with the forefront of archival science， professionalizing and new modes such as 'Cloud internship'， but it still exists problems. Therefore， relevant policies and regulations should be expedited to strengthen safety guarantees; internship funding should be set flexible standards and increasing funding， unify practical internship requirements as soon as possible， and standardize internship work， actively explore the 'cloud' internship reform to enhance resilience.

2019年，为进一步提高实习质量，切实维护学生、学校和实习单位的合法权益，教育部发布《关于加强和规范普通本科高校实习管理工作的意见》（教高函〔2019〕12号）（以下简称《意见》）。

2020年，教育部高等教育司委托各有关教育部高等学校教学指导委员会针对高校实习环节开展调查，重点了解高校实习环节是否存在弱化、虚脱等问题，如配套保障和支持不足、考核标准引导不够、生产实习变现场观摩、野外实习变室内试验、数字采集分析变整理现成数据等情况。对此，教育部高等学校档案学专业教学指导委员会（以下简称档案学教指委）围绕本专业本科实习环节当前现状、存在的主要问题与困难、导致原因及加强高校实习环节工作的政策建议等方面开展专题调研，发现问题，解决问题，为进一步加强高校实习工作，完善实习过程管理，提高人才培养质量提供政策建议。

本文对档案学教指委调研数据进行了统计与分析，总结档案学本科专业实习现狀，并尝试为推动档案学本科专业实习发展，提出几点思考与建议。……
