摘  要：《互联网时代下的高校智慧型档案馆建设》一文对高校智慧档案馆建设的解读具有一定的创新性，但也存在认知偏颇和理想化倾向。本文针对该文提出的智慧型档案馆内涵、我国高校智慧型档案馆建设现状以及相关建设举措三方面内容与之进行商榷。提出智慧档案馆的智慧内涵在于对内容信息进行Apriori关联算法分析与主动推送;指出我国高校智慧档案馆建设名不符实，地级智慧档案馆建设未能达到预期的现状;认为目前建设高校智慧档案馆时机尚未成熟，应着力建设高校数字档案馆，并实现由数字档案馆向智慧档案馆的平稳过渡。

Abstract： The article'the construction of intelligent Archives of universities in the internet era' is innovative to the extent of how to construct intelligent Archives of universities， but it also has the tendency of cognition bias and idealization. This paper discusses from three aspects： the connotation of intelligent Archives， the current situation of intelligent Archives of universities in our country and the relevant suggestions. Points out that the connotation of intelligent Archives is to push information actively by using relevancy algorithm of Apriori; and the construction of intelligent Archives of universities is unworthy of the title， the construction of intelligent Archives of cities also fails to reach the target; Finally， it is concluded that intelligent Archives of universities should not be built until the time is ripe， we should focus on the construction of digital Archives and make a smooth transition from digital Archives to the intelligent Archives.

《檔案管理》杂志2020年第5期刊登了王楠同志撰写的《互联网时代下的高校智慧型档案馆建设》（以下简称《王文》），文章对智慧型档案馆的内涵做出阐释，描述了我国高校智慧型档案馆建设现状，并对高校“互联网+智慧档案馆”建设的举措提出相关建议。但《王文》对智慧型档案馆的内涵认知不全面，对高校智慧型档案馆建设现状分析不到位，提出的相关举措存在理想化倾向。本文拟从智慧型档案馆的智慧内涵、智慧型档案馆总体建设概况以及高校智慧档案馆建设举措分析三方面与之商榷。

1 智慧型档案馆的智慧内涵

《王文》认为，智慧型档案馆是指通过应用物联网、云计算等先进技术，实现跨时空、跨平台的信息共享和服务集成，便于用户一站式获取档案信息资源。……
