摘  要：本文通过话语转向、研究趋热、实践倒逼等三个维度获取企业文档智能化管理跃迁的依据，进而提出企业文档智能化管理的跃迁的四个方向，包括“双重生命周期”管理、文檔数据细粒度与知识化聚合、“人工智能”新型基础设施建设、企业文档智能服务模式并将其总结为企业文档智能化管理跃迁的“一线双核多应用”技术路线，以提供企业实践转化的路径参考。

Abstract： This paper obtains the basis for the transition of enterprise records intelligent management through the three dimensions of discourse turn， research trending， and practice to force. And then proposes four directions about the transition of enterprise records intelligent management， including 'Dual life cycle' management， fine-grained and knowledge-based aggregation， new infrastructure construction of 'artificial intelligence'， enterprise records intelligent service mode. The above could be summarized as 'first-line dual-core multi-application' technical route of enterprise records intelligent management， so as to provide a reference for the transformation of corporate practices.

2017年7月，《新一代人工智能发展规划》发布，人工智能上升为国家战略高度。人工智能技术在档案领域的应用备受学界、业界关注。在理论和实践层面都取得了可观的进展。[1]

然而，分析发现，相较于综合档案馆使用人工智能技术的应用目的还是为了实现资源的长久保存与开发利用，主要解决的是档案第二价值[2]的问题，几乎不涉及前期业务。企业文档管理对业务支撑要求更高，智能化需求更强，主要以实现档案第一价值[3]为最终目标。

因此，随着人工智能技术的深入应用，企业在从文档信息化到文档智能化跃迁过程中表现出“双重智能”的趋势，即业务智能要求文档智能、文档自身要求智能。对此，亟须厘清企业文档智能化管理跃迁的依据、方向与路径，为文档支撑业务寻找智能化切入点。

1 企业文档智能化管理跃迁依据探析
