摘  要：中福公司作为中外合资企业，在近代中国经营时间长、活动范围广、经营项目多，留下的档案丰富珍贵。国内外学术界已开展了相关档案的研究，其档案系统整理与深度开发意义重大。河南省档案馆针对馆藏中福公司档案时间跨度大、形成主体多元、门类齐全、载体多样、涉猎领域宽泛、史料价值较高等特点，开展了国内外中福公司档案文献分布调研与征集、翻译、数字档案资源建设、编研等整理与开发工作，提出了基于数字人文的中福公司档案深度开发的方向。

Abstract：  Zhongfu Company is a Sino-foreign joint venture with the longest operating time， the wide strange of activities， and many business projects in modern China， for ming extremely rich and precious Archives. Academic circles at home and abroad have also carried out the research on relevant Archives historical materials. It is significant to arrange and develop the Archives. According to the characteristics of the Archives of Zhongfu Company in the collection， such as the large times pan， the formation of multiple subjects， the complete category， the diversity of carriers， the wide range of research fields， and the high value of historical materials， the Henan Archives has carried out the research and collection of Archives and literature distribution， translation， the construction of digital Archives， compilation and research of Zhongfu Company ， and proposes a new path for the development of Archives of Zhongfu Company based on digital humanities.

中福公司源自1897年意大利人安杰洛·羅沙第在英国注册的英国福公司（Pekin syndicate investment rust，limited），历经福公司独资经营期（1897年3月—1915年4月）、福中总公司期（1915年5月—1933年5月）和中福两公司联合办事处（中福公司）期（1933年6月—1956年8月）三个经营时期，直到1956年8月武汉市政府接管“中福公司”汉口经理处的房产，其在中国长达半个多世纪的历史才终止。

这家中外合资企业在近代中国经营时间长、活动范围广、经营项目多，显赫一时，留下的大量珍贵、丰富、独特的历史档案，既是档案文化宝藏，也是研究近代河南乃至中国政治、经济、军事、工业、教育等的珍贵史料。明确中福公司档案史料整理与开发的意义与价值，系统掌握其整理与开发现状，分析其内容与特点，探索基于数字人文的中福公司档案深度开发新路径，具有较高的学术价值。
