摘 要：以福建省农业科学院为例，从提升科技服务水平，促进现代农业转型升级，助推扶贫工作有效开展，激发科技人员创新创业活力等方面阐述了农业科技服务取得的主要成效;剖析农业科技服务存在的主要问题与挑战，如产业对接还欠精准、科技支撑能力尚显不足、成果产出水平不高、示范基地质量欠佳、机制不够完善;最后从资源整合、能人带动、目标聚焦、队伍建设、项目统筹、机制放活等方面提出提升福建省农业科学院农业科技服务的对策及建议。

Abstract： By taking Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example， the main achievements of agricultural science and technology service were expounded from the aspects of improving the level of science and technology service， promoting the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture， boosting the effective development of poverty alleviation， and stimulating the innovative and entrepreneurial activity of scientific and technological personnel. Then， the main problems and challenges existing in the agricultural science and technology services were analyzed， such as the lack of precision in industrial connection， the lack of scientific and technological supporting capacity， the low level of output， the poor quality of demonstration bases， and the imperfect mechanism. Finally， the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the agricultural science and technology service of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences from the aspects of resource integration， able person driving， target focusing， team building， project planning， mechanism activation and so on.

自黨的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略以来，福建省积极推动农业农村发展，坚持产业优先，加大科技对乡村产业渗透，促进脱贫攻坚任务落实。如何发挥科技资源聚集的优势，创新科技服务模式，强力支撑乡村振兴战略实施，是新形势下省级农业科研单位面临的重要任务[1]。从学者们对科技支撑农业产业发展的相关研究来看，科技成果转化途径不畅仍是影响当前乡村产业发展中重要难题[2-4]。农业科技服务是农业科技成果转化为生产力的重要纽带，是改善农业科技资源配置和提高利用效率，推动农业科技创新的重要手段[5-6]。高效的农业科技服务对提高农业生产力和农民满意度，推动农业供给侧结构性改革，实现乡村振兴和农业高质量发展具有重要作用[7]。
