摘  要：4S理念是建立在激发、支持、探索、分享基础上的新型教育理念，强调为创新而教，让教学体系更具操作性和目的性。在高职院校创新创业育人体系中，创新创业课程方案设计极为重要。本文分析了4S理念的核心价值，针对信息化时代“00”后大学生独有的个性化价值追求和务实化人生理想等特点，探讨4S理念指导下高职院校创新创业课程方案的设计方式。

Abstract： 4S concept is a new type of education concept based on excitation， support， exploration， and sharing. It emphasizes teaching for innovation and makes the teaching system more operational and purposeful. In the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of higher vocational colleges， the design of innovation and entrepreneurship courses is extremely important. This paper analyzes the core value of 4S concept， and discusses the design method of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum program in higher vocational colleges under the guidance of 4S concept based on the unique personality value pursuit and pragmatic life ideals of college students after "00" in the information age.

隨着中国特色社会主义进入新时代，我国经济也转向了高质量发展阶段，这对于人才质量提出了新要求，新时代的大学生不仅要具备较高的从业能力，还要有良好的创新创业能力。当前，“00”后已经成为大学生主体，这一群体创新意识强、具有强烈的冒险精神，也是“大众创业，万众创新”的核心，如何针对“00后”大学生特点来推行具有影响力的创新创业教育，具有重要的理论和实践意义。4S理念是一种新型指导理念，将其应用在高职院校创新创业课程方案设计中，让课程设计具备针对性，可以显著提升“00后”大学生的学习能力。

1  4S理念的核心价值

4S理念，是由傅荣提出，他在分析了多个创新教学案例的基础上，从中发现的普适性教学规律，该种理念强调“为创新而教”。4S即Stimulate、Support、Search、Share，是一种新型的育人理念，通过上述四个要素的提炼来支持师生活动，将其与混合式学习、翻转课堂等结合，让课堂活动目的性、操作性更强。……
