摘  要：“ABC时代”以云物大智移为代表的新IT技术不断更新，深深影响国民生产的各个行业。新IT技术与各行业深度融合、广泛应用打造了全新的智能时代。未来的新职业大多与IT技术相关，IT类各专业各类人才需求的质量及数量都在不断提升，难以满足社会需求。高职院校IT人才培养面临巨大的机遇与挑战，改革创新人才培养模式势在必行。探索实践高职IT人才培养模式，使高职IT人才培养紧跟时代和科技发展的脚步，培养出适应时代发展要求的复合型人才。

Abstract： The new IT technology represented by the great wisdom transfer of cloud and things in the "ABC era" is constantly updated， which deeply affects all industries of national production. The deep integration and wide application of new IT technology and various industries have created a new intelligent era. Most of the new jobs in the future are related to it technology. The quality and quantity of talents in it majors are constantly improving， which is difficult to meet the social needs. It talents training in higher vocational colleges is facing great opportunities and challenges， so it is imperative to reform and innovate talent training mode. Explore and practice the training mode of IT talents in higher vocational colleges， make it personnel training keep up with the pace of the times and the development of science and technology， and cultivate compound talents to meet the requirements of the development of the times.

随着移动互联网的发展和5G技术的成熟，人类社会已經进入“ABC”为代表的新IT技术时代，其中A代表AI-人工智能，B代表Big Data-大数据、C代表Cloud Computing-云计算[1]。“ABC时代”将云物大智移等多种新IT技术叠加、聚变、进化并广泛渗透改造各个传统行业领域，推动信息产业的不断发展，是从个人电脑、移动互联网之后世界信息产业发展的第三次浪潮。

“ABC时代”以“云物大智移”为代表的新IT技术层见叠出，与国民经济中的各行业各领域深度融合，互为基础，互为补充，持续叠加，正在引发影响深远的产业变革。新IT技术的发展与应用，相关企业技术也发生着多维度的变革，导致了社会、企业对IT 行业人才需求的质量及数量不断提升。因此，高职院校也应该动态调整IT人才培养计划方案，以满足新时代社会经济发展对人才的要求，改革IT人才培养模式，提升高职类IT人才质量，使人才培养顺应时代发展且与新产业和新经济发展相吻合，满足“ABC时代”对技术技能人才的需求。……
