摘  要：通过学术平台培养研究生创新能力，分析我校研究生学术交流等现状发现，随着研究生规模的壮大，我校研究生学术氛围不浓厚、创新能力不足、语言表达差等问题日益凸显。因此，本文强调学术交流在研究生培养环节的重要作用，并提出培养研究生的创新能力必须把学术交流与其日常专业学习和科学研究工作紧密结合起来，把知识创新（能力）的培养融入其全过程，加强研究生学术交流，以提高研究生科研兴趣爱好，增强我校研究生对新问题的提出、分析和解决能力，对培养具有创新能力的重要人才具有重要的意义。

Abstract： Through the academic platform to cultivate the innovation ability of graduate students and analyze the current situation of academic exchange of graduate students in our university， it is found that with the expansion of the scale of graduate students， the problems of weak academic atmosphere， lack of innovation ability， poor language expression and so on have become increasingly prominent. Therefore， this paper emphasizes the important role of academic exchange in the cultivation of postgraduates， and proposes that the cultivation of Postgraduates' innovative ability should be closely combined with their daily professional study and scientific research work， the cultivation of knowledge innovation （ability） should be integrated into the whole process， and the academic exchange of postgraduates should be strengthened so as to improve their interest in scientific research and enhance the postgraduates of our university The ability to propose， analyze and solve new problems is of great significance to the cultivation of innovative talents.

李克強总理在2015夏季达沃斯论坛开幕式发表致辞上提出的“大众创业、万众创新”，目前已经在我国形成“万众创新”、“人人创新”新的大好形势[1]。研究生创新能力的来源于良好的学术氛围，浓厚的学术氛围有助于激发他们的创新意识，这样可以提升研究生学术能力，从而是教师与学生以及学生之间的交流互动，促进学科交叉发展，研究生可以达到激发创新思维，促进他们培养质量的提高，为高校的创新人才培养提供重要支撑。国际上著名的科学学创始人贝尔纳教授认为：“一些现代科学的最伟大的发现依赖于不同来源思想的交叉相互作用。”因此，我们研究生的学术交流活动是创新人才培养的重要组成部分，培养研究生知识创新能力，从而促进其创新能力和品格修养的提高，推动科学技术的创新，进而引领行业及人类社会科学技术极大发展。……
