摘  要：在新时代全球化环境下，高职教育的人才培养面临着更加迫切的需求和更为复杂的形势。如何运用中外合作专业培养国际化人才，有力提高高等职业教育教学的质量，是国家职能部门、社会人士和高职学校共同关注的问题。本文拟结合贵州轻工职业技术学院中外合作办学项目具体情况，对高职院校的人才培养模式、课程体系构建、师资队伍建设、教学管理模式、学生实训管理等方面存在的问题进行分析，浅析中外高等职业教育发展的制约因素，对高职院校的发展提供可行的依据。

Abstract：In the new era of globalization， the talent cultivation in higher vocational education is facing more urgent needs and more complex situations. How to cultivate international talents and improve the quality of higher vocational education effectively by Sino-foreign cooperative majors？ It is a common concern of national administration， social figures and higher vocational colleges.Based on the Sino-foreign cooperative education project of Guizhou Light Industry Technical College， this paper intends to analyze the problems in the talent training mode， curriculum system construction， construction of teaching staff competent， teaching management mode， and student training management of higher vocational colleges. What is more， the analysis of the restrictive factors in the development of higher vocational education at home and abroad would provide a feasible basis for the development of higher vocational colleges.

随着中国经济的飞速发展和国家对职业教育的重视程度不断提升，我国的高等职业教育呈现着良好的发展态势， 但我们也必须清醒地认识到， 高职院校人才培养距离满足社会发展的需要仍有差距，特别是面对国际化进程日益加快，培养更具国际视野的合格人才是高职教育面对的新的考验。而中外合作办学正是应对全球化挑战，培养国际化人才的有效途径之一。

贵州轻工职业技术学院与新西兰怀卡托理工学院合作举办的“贵州轻工职业技术学院怀卡托国际学院”于2017年申报并成功获教育部批准，成为了贵州省高职高专院校中的首家中外合作办学机构[1]。2017年9月，贵州轻工职业技术学院派遣笔者在内的12名专职教师赴新西兰怀卡托理工学院进行为期三个月的访学，期间交流和学习先进教学理念、教学方法及课程体系，以期提升中外合作办学专业的教育教学水平，确保教学质量。……
