摘  要：保护水生态环境，做好水生生态环境的修复与保护工作是人类文明走向可持续发展道路的基础。同时也是构建节水型社会的主要方式。随着经济不断的进步，对水生态环境也造成了一定的影响，导致水生态环境自身的使用功能被破坏，造成了水污染等严重的水生态环境问题。本文对水生态环境的现状以及水生态环境保护与修复的价值进行了分析，之后提出了一些水生态环境修复和保护的有效措施。

Abstract： The protection of water ecological environment and the restoration and protection of aquatic ecological environment are the foundation of human civilization to sustainable development. It is also the main way to build a water-conserving society. With the continuous progress of economy， the water ecological environment has also been affected to a certain extent， resulting in the destruction of the use function of the water ecological environment itself， resulting in water pollution and other serious water ecological environment problems. This paper analyzes the current situation of water ecological environment and the value of water ecological environment protection and restoration， and then puts forward some effective measures for water ecological environment restoration and protection.

随着经济的发展，人类为了能够将经济的发展再上一层楼，以破坏水生态环境为代价，造成了水资源缺乏的情况，同时还引起了一系列水资源被污染的情况。因此，对水生态环境进行保护与修复工作就变得更加重要。在社会的发展过程中，要实现经济与水生态系统协调发展的状态，向着可持续性发展道路上发展。

1  水生态环境的现状

1.1 水生态系统功能遭到破坏

人类对水资源过度的利用会导致水生态系统功能遭到破坏，还会造成水资源呈现出退化的状态，如河流干涸、断流、水污染等。除此之外，在降雨量逐渐减少的情况下，对地下水进行过度的开采，也会导致水生态系统的功能遭到破坏，严重时还会出现地表下沉等现象。所以，人们要对水生态环境系统有一个基本的认识，从而加强对水环境生态系统的重视程度。政府和相关部门方面也要加强对这方面的管控力度，规范工业企业的污水排放，以及对工业废水的处理标准，将这些重度污染企业对水生态环境的破坏程度降至最低。……
