摘  要：核心素养是指学生应当具备的适应个人终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力，它是伴随信息时代对社会生活、工作环境和自我实现的新挑战而产生的概念，正在成为指导课堂教学的观念。采用问卷调查、访谈和作品分析方法，对职前数学教师核心素养教学观进行了研究，发现：职前数学教师普遍接受核心素养教学观，但存在观念和行为不一致现象。他们认为数学知识、基本能力、问题解决和数学思维是数学教学最应该关注的几个方面，其教学设计未能很好体现核心素养。

Abstract： Core literacy refers to the necessary character and key ability that students should have to adapt to the needs of personal life-long development and social development. It is a concept that comes into being with the new challenges to social life， work environment and self-realization in the information age， and is becoming the beliefs of guiding classroom teaching. By using the methods of questionnaire survey， interview and work analysis， this paper studies pre-service mathematics teachers' beliefs of teaching of core literacy. It is found that pre-service mathematics teachers generally accept the beliefs of teaching of core literacy， however， there is inconsistency between their beliefs and behaviors. They think that mathematical knowledge， basic ability， problem solving and mathematical thinking are the most important aspects of mathematics teaching， and their teaching design can not reflect the core literacy well.

一、研究背景

核心素养是指学生应当具备的能够适应个人终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力，是伴随信息时代对社会生活、工作环境和自我实现的新挑战而诞生的概念。以计算机为标志的现代信息技术给世界带来了深刻的变化，全球化、信息化、知识爆炸成为时代的特点。早在信息化初始阶段，有学者就意识并预测到现代科技对人类思想、政治、经济、家庭带来的根本性变革。“这时的社会是一个电子地球村，人们可以在此获取无穷无尽的服务与信息，参与到全球性的互动之中，并凭借共同兴趣而非地理位置建立起自己的社区”[1]。

社会的快速发展迫使人们从适应未来生活的角度去思考教育，思考学生的发展。上世纪90年代以来，一些国际组织、发达国家和地区纷纷启动了核心素养研究项目，从学生就业遇见的现实性问题和可预见的未来社会发展所面临的挑战两个方面去思考教育，强调基础教育应注重在未来生活里必需的生存技能和必备的素养。……
