摘  要：博士学位论文质量是学位授权单位培养博士研究生质量的集中体现，博士学位论文不仅能够反映出博士研究生的科研能力、创新能力和学术水平，同时也是其取得博士学位的重要保证。对博士学位论文做出科学、合理、有区分度的评价不仅有利于提升博士学位论文的质量，同时也会影响博士研究生培养的全过程。文章通过对国内外博士学位论文质量评审制度的现状进行比较分析，提出我国博士学位论文质量评价标准存在的问题，探索博士学位论文质量多元多维度评价方法：第一，完善博士学位论文分类评审制度;第二，建立多元主体评阅机制;第三，制定博士学位论文外审多维度评价标准。

Abstract： The quality of doctoral dissertations is a concentrated reflection of the quality of doctoral students cultivated by the degree-authorized units. The quality of doctoral dissertations can not only reflect the scientific research ability， innovative ability and academic level of the doctoral students， but also is an important guarantee for obtaining the doctor's degree. A scientific， reasonable and differentiated evaluation of doctoral dissertations will not only improve the quality of doctoral dissertations， but also affect the whole process of doctoral cultivation. Through the comparison and analysis of the current situation of the quality evaluation system of doctoral dissertations at home and abroad， the existing problems in the quality evaluation standard of doctoral dissertations in China is put forward， and the multi-dimensional evaluation methods of the quality of doctoral dissertations are explored. First， the classification and evaluation system of doctoral dissertations should be finished; second， a multi-subject review mechanism should be constructed; third， the multi-dimensional evaluation criteria for external review of doctoral dissertations should be formulated.

博士學位论文质量不仅能够反映出博士研究生的科研潜质、创新能力和学术水平，也是其取得博士学位的重要保证。在我国，许多高校为保证学位论文质量，在正式答辩前将博士学位论文通过匿名评审的方式进行评价，评价指标由学位授权单位制定，主要包括选题与综述、创新性、理论基础、专业知识及科研能力等。然而在工科博士学位论文外审过程中各培养单位并没有对不同研究类型（基础研究、应用基础研究、应用研究）的博士学位论文进行分类评价，一些侧重于解决工程实践或科学技术问题的应用型博士学位论文外审时，评阅专家通常会倾向于按照从事基础研究的学术型博士学位论文进行评价，从而导致评价的不准确、不合理、不公平。……
