摘  要：针对疫情期间“停课不停学”必须采取线上授课的情况下。如何保证教学质量不减，课程标准不降成为所有高等学校教师所面临的问题。文章以中国地质大学地质工程专业的本科生课程“测试技术”为例，进行了基于OBE理念的线上课堂设计与探索。依据OBE理念，从学情分析、教学设计、教学评价等三个方面对线上课程进行了改进。教学实践结果证明，相比线下面对面教学，经过基于OBE理念的教学改进之后，线上教学的效果不仅没有降低，还激发了学生自主学习的热情，培养了学生们的创新思维以及工程应用能力。

Abstract： Because of the outbreak of the COVID-19， our government have put forward the policy that although we could not go to school， we must mot suspending class. Therefore， almost every domestic university began to establish the online course. But the professor in the university was up against a big problem which was how to guarantee the teaching effectiveness. Under this condition， this paper proposes a curriculum design method based on the new education concept Outcome Based Education （OBE）. Take the undergraduate course "Measurement technology" of Geological engineering in China university of Geoscience （Beijing）， the background of the students， the teaching method and the evaluation of the teaching have been improved. The teaching result have proved that the teaching effectiveness of the online class not only degraded， but also motivated the study enthusiasm of the student， and cultivated the innovative thinking and engineering application ability.

引言

2020年初，全國范围内爆发了新冠肺炎疫情，2020年2月4日，教育部发布了《关于在疫情防控期间做好普通高等学校在线教学组织与管理工作的指导意见》，提出了延期开学期间“停课不停教，停课不停学”的指导方针[1]。因此，全国各大院校开始了进行线上授课。线上授课的最大缺点是师生之间缺乏互动，老师不能及时洞察学生对新知识的接受情况[2-3]。因此，怎么样在线上授课的情况下，保证课程标准不降，教学质量不减是众多高校老师面临的难题。
