摘  要：文章主要采用蓝墨云班课教学为案例，着重分析“互联网+”背景下，大专院校利用互联网工具将传统教学方式进行信息化教学改革。利用蓝墨云班课教学软件平台，教师们在课堂教学中使用大量的基于“互联网+”的信息化教学手段和数字化资源。通过这一教学改革，彻底改变了大学教学沉闷、无味、死板的教学氛围，学生学习的积极性和主动性显著提高;同时，学生分析问题、解决问题的能力也得到了大大提升，以致取得了较传统教学模式更好的教学效果。为祖国高等教育事业的腾飞插上了翅膀。

Abstract： This paper mainly uses the blue Mo Yun class teaching as the case， emphatically analyzes "the Internet" the background， the university uses the Internet tool to carry on the informationization teaching reform to the traditional teaching method. Using the software platform of Blue Mo Yun class teaching， teachers use a large number of information teaching methods and digital resources based on "Internet" in classroom teaching. Through this teaching reform， the dull， tasteless and rigid teaching atmosphere of college teaching has been greatly changed， and students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning have been improved significantly; at the same time， students' ability to analyze and solve problems has been greatly improved， so that they have achieved better than the traditional teaching mode， the teaching effect. 《教育信息化十年规划（2011-2020年）》清晰的指明了中国未来教育信息化建设的几点要求：首先，教育信息化未来的发展应该以创新教育这一理念为指导;其次，教育信息化未来发展要以建设健全高质量的教育资源和信息化教学环境为根基;最后，教育信息化未来发展要把创新学习模式和教育模式放在核心位置。科技的迅速发展以及现代化教学方式的推进与应用给移动学习模式带来了跨越式的变化以及新的发展契机，而这些发展均是以智能手机、平板电脑等移动设备技术为基础。相关技术受到广大学习爱好者的一致好评。这种新型的学习方式彻底打破了传统学习模式的局限性，也颠覆了传统学习模式的固化思路。……
