摘  要：随着新一轮基础教育的不断改革以及当前信息技术的快速发展，将信息技术与学科教学进行有效整合已经成为了必要趋势，对于改善学习的环境、提高教学的整体质量有着重要的促进作用。因此，教师要充分结合学生的英语水平实际情况来设计具有交互性的课堂教学活动，为学生营造丰富的、开放性的学习环境，使学生接收到多种信息资源，不断拓展小学生的英语视野，同时提高他们对新知识的学习兴趣。

Research on the effective integration of information technology and primary school English Teaching

【Abstract】With the continuous reform of the new round of basic education and the rapid development of information technology，the effective integration of information technology and subject teaching has become a necessary trend，which plays an important role in improving the learning environment and improving the overall quality of teaching. Therefore，teachers should fully combine the actual situation of students' English level to design interactive classroom teaching activities，create a rich and open learning environment for students，enable students to receive a variety of information resources，constantly expand the English vision of primary school students，and improve their interest in learning new knowledge.

在實际的英语教学中，有部分教师依旧受传统教育思想的影响和限制，采取死板、专制的教学模式，以口头讲解为主要方式，缺乏利用信息技术创设真实语境的意识，对英语的学习还停留在机械操练上，不仅磨灭了小学生原有的热情，而且还抑制了英语技能的有效发展。因此，为了改变上述现状，笔者结合小学生发展的总体特点，在本文提出了以下几点信息技术与小学英语教学有效整合的策略，希望能够为其他教师提供有效的借鉴与参考。

1.信息技术与小学英语教学的整合原则

（1）主体交互原则

教师是“教”的主体，学生是“学”的主体，而促进信息技术与小学英语教学的整合则需要发挥二者的共同作用，要求教师既要充分发挥自身的正确引导作用，也要加强对学生主体地位的重视和体现，即利用信息技术为学生的“学”创设丰富的、生动欢悦的情境，以此来改变他们的学习方式，必要时给予学生指导，实现教学主体间的多重交互。……
