摘  要：幼儿园教育对幼儿未来成长有重要的铺垫作用，在幼儿园教学时期，幼儿在教师的引导下逐步树立和完善自身对周围环境的认知，面对幼儿成长发育中可能会出现的思想观念、性格品质问题，幼儿园的教育针对幼儿的自身问题进行不同的教学安排，根据幼儿园五大领域培养要求，在幼儿园教学过程中安排适当的劳动教育能够促进幼儿的个性品质发展，对幼儿的成长发育有实际的好处，通过对幼儿园劳动教育的研究与分析，发掘幼儿个性品质成长变化。

Research on Kindergarten Labor Education to Promote the Development of Children's Personality

【Abstract】Kindergarten education plays an important role in the development of children in the future. During the period of kindergarten teaching，children gradually establish and perfect their own cognition of the surrounding environment under the guidance of teachers，and face the thoughts and concepts that may appear in the growth and development of children. For character quality issues，kindergarten education has different teaching arrangements for childrens own problems. According to the training requirements of the five major areas of kindergarten，proper labor education in the process of kindergarten teaching can promote the development of childrens personality qualities and be practical for childrens growth and development Through the research and analysis of labor education in kindergartens，we can explore the growth and changes of childrens personal qualities.

幼儿的发展教育在未来人才培养过程中具有重要意义，由于幼儿园教育不能顾及所有幼儿，有一些幼儿天生具有一些缺陷等，幼儿的个性发展教育没有完全到位，家长与幼儿园在一定程度上达成共识——以传统的教育方式教育幼儿，以强硬的方式塑造幼儿的性格，没有尊重幼儿个体的区别与个性发展的规律，导致部分幼儿的个性发展不够全面。探究幼儿园劳动教育对幼儿个性发展的影响分析，激发教师在全方位视野下进行幼儿园教学安排与活动设计。

1.幼儿个性发展与劳动教育的关系
