摘  要：召开“百日誓师大会”目的是抓住时间节点，激励学生树立信心，积极备考，这本是学校教育应有之意，无可厚非。学校管理者突破教育底线的非理智表达，让人陷入自问和深思之中：100天的“奋斗”会换来60年的“安逸”吗？“出人头地”的人就幸福，而“打工仔”就不幸福？多考分数是为了“干”掉更多的人吗？课间十分钟是到底是用来干什么的呢？我们期待让教育富有理性和人性，回归常态，追求本真。

Let Our Education Return to the Normal Pursuit of Authenticity-- Based on the Thoughts and Expectations of the Schools “Hundred Days Affirmation Teachers Meeting”

【Abstract】The purpose of holding the “Hundred Days Affirmation meeting”is to seize the time node，encourage students to build confidence and prepare for the exam actively. This is what school education should mean，and it is beyond reproach. The irrational expression which breaks the educational bottom line by school administrators makes people immersed in self-questioning and deep thinking： will 100 days of “struggle”bring 60 years of “comfort”？ People who “get ahead” are happy，while “migrant workers” are unhappy？ Do you score more in order to kill more people？ What exactly are the ten minutes between classes used for？We hope to make education full of rationality and humanity，return to normality and pursue the truth.

2019年2月的一天，我以家長身份参加了某地一所高中高考百日誓师大会。会议场面颇为壮观，横幅漫卷，彩旗飘飘。大会在嘹亮的国歌声中拉开了序幕，主持人按预先准备好的主持词“照本宣科” ，年级主任、老师代表和学生代表分别登台发言，内容大同小异，都将高考比作是一场紧张激烈的战斗，要枕戈待旦、披坚执锐、立志杀“敌”，才能取得理想的成绩，考取对得起父母、老师和学校的能“耀祖荣宗”的名校。接着，校长作了题为《幸福来临前的历炼》的重要讲话，讲话主要包含四个清晰要点：一是“100天”和“60年”，孩子们，千万别在奋斗的时期选择安逸，高中的最后100天选择了奋斗，将会带来未来60年甚至更长时间的安逸和幸福。二是“出人头地”和“打工仔”，通过百天努力和拼搏，你能考取好的大学，从此就逍遥自在，过着“出人头地”的幸福生活;相反，你如果懈怠和放松学习，将处于面朝黄土背朝天的劳作状态，不是做农民、清洁工，就是“打工仔”，过着那种让人瞧不起的日子，谈何幸福？……
