摘  要：让师生爱上阅读，同时老师对学生的阅读活动形成有效地指导，让学生掌握高效化的课外阅读方法，拓展学生的阅读渠道和范围，让师生之间实现阅读资源的共享，让阅读成为学生成长中的良好习惯，推动学生实现高质量的发展。基于此目标出发，本文就课外阅读如何更好地推动农村师生实现成长，提出一些实践性的教学指导，以期为广大农村小学语文教师的阅读教学提供一些帮助。

The influence of reading in and out of class on the growth of rural teachers and students

【Abstract】Let teachers and students fall in love with reading，at the same time，teachers form effective guidance for students' reading activities，let students master efficient extracurricular reading methods，expand students' reading channels and scope，let teachers and students realize the sharing of reading resources，let reading become a good habit in students' growth，and promote students to achieve high-quality development. Based on this goal，this paper puts forward some practical teaching guidance on how to better promote the growth of rural teachers and students in extracurricular reading，in order to provide some help for the reading teaching of rural primary school Chinese teachers.

读书的意义相信每个人都多少知道，自古就有“读书破万卷”的格言。小學生正处于人生的起步阶段，阅读就是吮吸知识的甘露，将对学生的成长具有良好的推动作用。课外阅读不仅能够推动学生实现更好地成长，还能推动老师教学水平实现提升。作者将在本文中分析课外阅读如何让农村师生实现共同成长。

1.寓教于“趣”，让师生共同热爱阅读

小学生如果对课外阅读产生浓厚的兴趣，将会在阅读过程中由被动变为主动，将会充分地发挥学生在课外阅读中的主动性和积极性，让学生产生强烈的阅读欲望。所以，小学语文老师在课程教学中要对培养学生的阅读兴趣要高度重视，通过阅读兴趣来将小学生阅读的心扉打开，引导学生进入知识的海洋。对此，小学语文老师可以通过故事会、读书交流会、辩论赛等与课外阅读有关的活动，让学生充分地享受阅读的乐趣。……
