摘  要：一年级是小学阶段教育的起点，也是学生脱离幼儿生活，正式步入系统性教育的起点，是学生正式进入大集体生活中的起点，同样也是培养学生良好学习与行为习惯的关键期，抓好这一关键期去培养学生的习惯能够让小学生逐步形成规则意识，有利于后期教育工作的开展。一年级的学生年龄小，心智还不够成熟，但是对于喜爱的权威性代表会产生一种近乎盲目崇拜的心理，教师应该利用好学生的这一特点，构建良好师生关系的同时在教育中不断培养学生的良好习惯，为其未来的学习与生活奠定坚实的基础。

A study on the educational strategies for freshmen to form habits

【Abstract】the first grade is the starting point of primary school education，is also the starting point for students to break away from children's life and formally enter the systematic education，is the starting point for students to formally enter the collective life，and is also the key period for cultivating students' good learning and behavior habits. Grasping this key period to cultivate students' habits can make primary school students gradually form a sense of rules，which is conducive to later teaching The development of education work. The first grade students are young and not mature enough，but they will have a kind of psychology of blind worship for their favorite authoritative representatives. Teachers should make good use of the characteristics of students，build a good relationship between teachers and students，and constantly cultivate students' good habits in education，so as to lay a solid foundation for their future study and life.

习惯的养成并非是一蹴而就的，但是需要在日常教育生活中不断的渗透与培养，并且这并不仅仅只是学校的任务，养成良好的行为习惯也需要学生家长的协同教育，教师在新生入学之初就应该做好各项工作，为未来不断地培养学生习惯奠定基础，也只有这样学生才能够迅速的适应校园生活并且逐步将教师要求的行为内化于心，成为学生的个人习惯，这不仅有利于学生未来的学习，更加有利于教师后期的管理。基于此，笔者将主要分析一年级新生习惯养成的有效教育策略。
