摘  要：体育教学中示范技能是体育教师在课堂教学中最广泛应用的教学方法之一，当前随着多媒体技术的不断发展，借助音视频技术开展体育教师的示范，能够使体育教师示范的动作更加准确，提高学生们的学习效率和学生们的学习积极性。本文的研究从当前音视频技术的广泛应用角度，分析音视频技术对辅助体育教师示范及提升示范质量的作用。

Using audio and video technology to improve the demonstration quality of Physical Education Teachers

【Abstract】demonstration skill is one of the most widely used teaching methods for physical education teachers in classroom teaching. With the continuous development of multimedia technology，the demonstration of physical education teachers with the help of audio and video technology can make the movements of physical education teachers more accurate and improve students' learning efficiency and learning enthusiasm. From the perspective of the extensive application of audio and video technology，this paper analyzes the role of audio and video technology in assisting physical education teachers to demonstrate and improve the quality of demonstration.

隨着信息科技和互联网技术的快速发展，当前体育教学课程中，教师开始不断运用先进的音视频技术来辅助体育课程的教学，并且已经取得成效。借助多媒体中的音视频技术，能够有效的节省时间，提高体育教学的效率，促进体育教师示范质量的提升。传统体育课堂教学中，教师讲解不全、动作示范不足、学生练习有误等问题，随着音视频技术的出现得到的改善传统教学过程中，教师说教空洞、讲解枯燥、动作示范错误、重点训练针对性不足等问题，也随着多媒体手段的出现使得教师示范质量大大加强。本文的研究结合音视频技术的实际应用，探讨音视频技术在提升教学质量和教学效率中起到的作用。

1.体育教学中动作示范的本质
