摘  要：家长助教逐渐成为如今幼儿教育活动中一种全新形式，不仅得到了国内外幼儿教育专家的认可，同时在实践教学当中也获得不错反响。幼儿园通过开展家长助教活动，让家长能够直接参与到幼儿教育工作中来，配合与协助教师完成教学活动，发挥家园共育的作用，有着重要现实意义。然而在实际的家长助教活动开展中，还存在些许问题而导致该教育形式的效用无法全面发挥，所以本文还将针对幼儿园开发家长助教活动的相关策略进行分析，希望能为教育从业者提供参考。

The significance and strategy of parents' teaching assistant activities in kindergartens

【Abstract】Parent teaching assistant has gradually become a new form of early childhood education activities，which has not only been recognized by domestic and foreign early childhood education experts，but also received good repercussions in practical teaching. Kindergarten through the development of parent teaching activities，so that parents can directly participate in early childhood education work，cooperate and assist teachers to complete teaching activities，play the role of home education，has important practical significance. However，in the actual parent teaching assistant activities，there are still some problems，which lead to the effectiveness of this form of education can not be fully played，so this paper will also analyze the relevant strategies for kindergarten to develop parent teaching assistant activities，hoping to provide reference for education practitioners.

幼兒教育属于孩子接受的最基础阶段教育，除了要重视幼儿园开展的教育工作以外，也要关注家庭教育实效，在这一背景下教育专家提出了“家长助教”的全新形式，希望能够以家庭与幼儿园共育的方式促进幼儿的全面发展。所谓家长助教，也就是幼儿园结合教育目标，本着尊重、合作原则，邀请家长参与到幼儿园教育工作中来，在与教师、家长的协调之下完成教学任务。家长助教活动的开展，不仅能够让家长更多了解与陪同孩子，也能为幼儿园拓展更多教育资源，对推动幼儿健康发展有着重要价值。

1.幼儿园开展家长助教活动的意义

（1）丰富幼儿教育资源

幼儿家长从事着不同行业，有着不同的专业知识背景、性格喜好等，这些都能成为幼儿教育的丰富资源，能够有效弥补幼儿教师专业知识太过单一的不足，而且幼儿园教师以女教师居多，男家长更多参与助教活动也能为幼儿园教育带来“阳刚之气”。……
