摘  要：具有创新精神和实践应用能力的大学生是应用型本科院校的培养目标，也是高等教育法的基本要求。为增强大学生的创新创业意识，对创新教育背景现状及传统教学模式进行了分析，结合生物化学实验教学，基于OBE教学理念，以云班课为平台，对生物化学实验的教学方法及评价体系进行改革创新，全面提高了学生的实验技能和综合素质及应用能力，对于应用型创新型人才创新能力培养具有重要意义。

Abstract： To cultivate the college students with innovative spirit and practical application ability is the training objectives of applied undergraduate colleges andalso the basic requirements of higher education law. In order to enhance university students' awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship， the author analyzes the current situation of innovative education background and traditional teaching models， reforms the teaching method and innovate evaluation system based on the OBE teaching concept and the cloud class platform during biochemistry experiment. Students' experimental skills， comprehensive quality and application ability are improved， which is of great significance for the cultivation of innovative ability of application-oriented innovative talents.

生物化学是高等农业院校中动物科学、动物医学、生物工程、食品工程等生命科学相关专业重要的基础核心课程，而生物化学实验教学与理论教学相辅相成，实验教学是理论教学的延伸，具有直观性、实践性、综合性和创新性[1]，是激发学生好奇心和求知欲的重要源泉，也是培养创新人才的重要环节，因此生物化学实验教学改革对于创新精神和实践能力的培养具有重要作用，本文拟就创新能力培养与生物化学实验教学改革进行探讨，以期激发学生的创新意识，培养学生的实践能力，创新生物化学实验教学体系。

一、生物化学实验教学创新动力

（一）创新人才培养的需要

党的十八大以来，习近平总书记对创新人才培养高度重视，特别指出要重视和加强课堂建设，重视实践育人，坚持教育同生产劳动和社会实践相结合，广泛开展各类社会实践，让学生在亲身参与中认识国情、了解社会，受教育、长才干[2]。……
