摘  要：课程是本科教育的基石，推进课程教学的创新改革应成为一流本科建设的重要发力点。《货币银行学》是金融学专业中具有奠基性重要作用的核心专业基础课程，在新形势下，本课程在课程内容、教学模式及方法两大方面，存在突出问题。对此，文章以学生发展为中心，通过“老课新做”进行了改革创新的实践探索。主要有：基于“新金融”的背景动态更新课程内容，使其具有较强的时代性;课程内容有机融入思政教育;组合不同“套餐”来合理安排课程内容的难度与深度，并使其具有一定挑战度;发挥现代信息技术在教学活动上的优势，改革教学模式和方法。这些实践探索合理可行、有创新性，同时以点带面地为其他课程改革提供启示和新思路。

Abstract： Course is the basic unit of teaching activities in undergraduate education. Therefore， promoting innovative reform of course content is an important basis to build the "first-class undergraduate program". This study analyzed "Money and Banking which is a leading core elementary course in finance and economics major， finding prominent problems in contents to meet the requirements of the "first-class undergraduate program". For these states， we have carried out various practical exploration of reform. These practices are reasonable and innovative. Moreover， it can provide enlightenments and new ideas for promoting reforms in other courses of finance and economics major comprehensively.

一、课程教学的创新改革应成为一流本科建设的重要发力点

2018年全国教育大会新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议的召开，标志着我国本科教育进入了新时代，社会各界对本科教育重要性的认识和重视程度日趋上升，同时教育部等主管部门和各地高校也正通过各种举措大力推动本科教育的各方面改革，加快一流本科建设[1]。

课程是本科教育教学活动的基本单位和基石，没有一流的课程，就没有一流的专业，最终将难以实现一流的本科教育[2]。因此，推进课程教学的创新改革应成为一流本科建设的重要发力点。……
