摘  要：德育教育工作一直是各年龄段学生的教学重点。而在高中教学阶段，如何开展德育教育，提高德育教学工作质量，也是困扰着许多教师的难题。高中德育教育对学生人生价值观念的建立和综合素质的提升都起到了至关重要的作用。所以，教师需要重视德育教育工作，促进学生道德观念的养成、提高学生道德思维品质。

Analysis on the significance and measures of moral education for senior high school students

【Abstract】Moral education has always been the focus of teaching for students of all ages. In the high school teaching stage，how to carry out moral education and improve the quality of moral education teaching is also a difficult problem for many teachers. High school moral education plays an important role in the establishment of students' life values and the improvement of their comprehensive quality. Therefore，teachers need to pay attention to moral education，promote the cultivation of students' moral concept and improve the quality of students' moral thinking.

隨着素质教育的发展，对于高中学生的素质要求也在不断提升。当下，教师要注重德育教育工作的渗透，培养学生良好道德行为习惯，为学生树立正确人生价值观念。所以，教师要结合德育工作的教育意义，对德育教学措施进行探究和思考，完成新课改下德育教育的教学要求。虽然，随着教育的进步，德育工作也有了较大发展，但是，依旧面临着艰巨的挑战，需要广大教育学者齐心协力，探究提高德育工作的有效措施。

1.提高教师自身的整体素质

作为德育工作的主要执行者，一线的教育学者需要不断提高自身的文化素养和道德品质，充分发挥自身的引导作用，为学生树立良好的学习榜样，让学生感受到教师的丰富的文化修养和自身的个性魅力。这样才能吸引学生，让学生敬爱教师、尊重教师，聆听教师的教诲，不断提高学生们的文化素质，让学生热爱生活、热爱学习，为提高自己每天坚持不懈的努力奋斗，让学生积极阳光的面对生活中的困难，克服学习上的问题。……
