摘  要：成长没有彩排，所有经历皆是惊喜，2岁-6岁正是幼儿的性格和基本的人生观、价值观逐步形成的阶段，是幼儿礼仪、幼儿品格、幼儿好习惯形成的关键时期。知识的学习可以贯穿人一生始终，品格的培养却是需要从小奠基的，中国有句俗语：“五岁成习，六十亦然”，可见，从小在孩子心中播下品格的种子尤为重要。本文，笔者将从园所文化的挖掘、办学思想的实施策略、品格课程的构建等方面介绍明溪县第一幼儿园园所文化的构建。

——On the construction of kindergarten character kindergarten culture

【Abstract】Growing up without rehearsal，all the experience is a surprise，2-6 years old is the childrens character and basic outlook on life，values gradually formed stage，is a child etiquette，child character，childrens good habits formed a key period. The study of knowledge can run through a persons whole life，but the cultivation of character needs to be laid from childhood. As a Chinese saying goes，“One learns at the age of five，as well as at sixty”. It can be seen that it is particularly important to sow the seeds of character in the hearts of children from childhood. In this paper，the author will introduce the construction of the culture of the first kindergarten in Mingxi County from the aspects of the excavation of the culture of the kindergarten，the implementation strategy of the school idea，the construction of character curriculum and so on.

文化是一所学校的灵魂，幼儿园要赢得发展，需要文化的积淀。每所幼儿园都想拥有自己的园所文化，但是园所文化不是一蹴而就的，更不是只凭喊几句口号！那么如何打造幼儿园文化呢？笔者将以“明溪县第一幼儿园”为例从园所文化的挖掘、办学思想的实施策略、品格课程的构建来介绍“品格教育”的实践探究过程。

1.挖掘本土文化内涵，构建“品格”园所文化

物类之起，必有所始。结合本土文化来构建幼儿园园所文化，才能使园所文化独具特色。因此，结合“旅欧侨乡文化”及“红豆杉文化”，幼儿园决定培养具有“红豆杉般品格”的幼儿，以“品格教育”作为办园思想。

首先，结合“旅欧侨乡文化”：明溪县是一个侨乡，留守儿童居多，大多儿童都是爷爷奶奶带。老人对孩子总是溺爱，因此养成很多不好的习惯。没有良好品格，才华就归于零。而三岁到六岁，正是幼儿好习惯形成的关键时期，品格培养尤为重要。……
