摘  要：家园共育是幼儿教育的重要保障，家园携手，理念同行，才能更好地促进幼儿健康发展。在幼儿园工作中，只有把家长工作做好，才能保证许多活动顺利开展。通过诸多活动的开展及日常工作，慢慢让家长了解幼儿园，了解班级及教师的辛勤付出，以此赢得家长的信任、支持、理解。长此以往，家园配合的默契度会越来越高，家园沟通也更加及时、有效，充分体现了家园合作的重要性。如何更好地做好家长工作，让家庭与幼儿园形成教育合力？这是幼儿园家长工作的重点。

Integrating Family and Kindergarten in Preschool Education，Winning the Future Together

【Abstract】Co-education at home is an important guarantee for preschool education. Only when homes and homes join hands and ideologically walk together can we better promote the healthy development of children. In kindergarten work，only by doing a good job of parents can we ensure the smooth development of many activities. Through the development of many activities and daily work，parents will gradually understand the kindergarten and the hard work of the class and teachers，so as to win the trust，support and understanding of parents. If things go on like this，the tacit understanding of homeland cooperation will be higher and higher，and homeland communication will be more timely and effective，which fully reflects the importance of homeland cooperation. How to do a better job of parents and let the family and kindergarten form an educational synergy？ This is the focus of the work of kindergarten parents.

1.真誠交流、促进家园互信

萨提亚模式提出：“人们在第一次接触的时候，就可以在彼此之间建立某种联系”，当我们与家长进行接触时，就开始建立家园关系，我们只有建立了良好的家园合作关系，才能让今后的工作更好的开展。

首先，在幼儿园制定规章制度时，应充分考虑家长工作的重要性，充分利用家长资源，让家长参与到幼儿园工作中，发挥家长的主观能动性，为幼儿园及班级做出自己的贡献。

其次，召开家长会是幼儿园一项必不可缺的工作，通过家长会的召开，能让家长第一时间了解孩子在班级及幼儿园的动态;同时老师也能获取孩子在家表现情况的信息。通过这样双向的、面对面的交流与探讨，让家长掌握更多科学的育儿知识。家长会的召开是家园合作的桥梁、纽带，不仅拉近了家园之间的距离，也给家长提供了面对面近距离的交流的机会。……
