摘  要：当前，西部地区学校社团活动随着教育改革的进行取得了快速发展，成效显著;但随着改革的深入和活动的进展，一些问题也不断地呈现出来，如活动开展的规范性、持久性、课程资源开发的深度广度等问题都不同程度对学校社团活动产生了影响。如何更好地适应教育改革的需要，探索出适合西部不发达地区学校社团活动的有效策略，从而推动社团活动规范、可持续发展，本文结合所处学校的实际，进行了初步的思考，提出了一些具体的做法。

Thoughts on School-based Curriculum of School Community Activities in Western China

【Abstract】At present，with the development of educational reform，school associations in western China have achieved rapid development and remarkable results. However，with the deepening of the reform and the progress of activities，some problems continue to appear，such as the standardization of activities，durability，depth and breadth of curriculum resources development and other issues have different degrees of impact on school community activities. How to better adapt to the needs of education reform，explore the effective strategies suitable for the school community activities in the underdeveloped areas in the west，so as to promote the standardized and sustainable development of community activities，this paper combined with the actual situation of the school，carried out preliminary thinking，and put forward some specific measures.

1.西部地区学校学生社团活动的现状

首先，教育改革带来课堂教学理念和教学方式的变化，为学校社团活动校本化提供了理念支撑。

当前，国家基础教育改革进入到了新的阶段，改革的目的是要改变课程内容“难、繁、偏、旧”和过于注重书本知识的现状，加强课程内容与学生生活以及现代社会和科技发展的联系，关注学生的学习兴趣和经验，精选终身学习必备的基础知识和技能，要改变课程管理过于集中的状况，实行国家、地方、学校三级课程管理，增强课程对地方、学校及学生的适应性。

其次，区域教育改革的大力推进为各地富有特色的学校社团活动提供了动力源泉，创造了良好的环境，奠定了作为课程推行的基础。创新、竞争、展示、特色引领着教育实践者们的教学改革，风格各异、独具特色的校园社团活动如春日百花园一样开始尽情绽放、生机盎然。……
