摘  要：近年来，伴随着国民经济的发展，科学技术的提升，国家对少数民族贫困大学生思想政治教育工作政策的支持，高校少数民族大学生数量逐年递增。但是，由于民族文化的多样性，少数民族大学生的心理方面、处事行为方面等与其他学生存在较大差异。在这种情况下，加强少数民族贫困大学生思想政治教育的工作对提升高校育人来说就显得十分重要。文章通过分析少数民族贫困大学生的思想政治教育工作中存在的问题，提出了解决少数民族贫困大学生思想政治教育工作的对策。

Abstract： In recent years， with the development of national economy and the progress of science and technology， as well as the support of national education policy for ethnic minority areas， the number of ethnic minority college students in colleges and universities is increasing year by year. However， due to the diversity of national culture， the ideological status and behavior of ethnic minority college students are very different. In this situation， it is particularly important to strengthen the ideological and political education for ethnic minority college students. Based on the analysis of the ideological status of the poor ethnic minority college students and the current situation of the ideological education of the poor ethnic minority college students， this paper puts forward the methods to solve the ideological and political education of the poor ethnic minority college students.

中國是一个多民族国家，拥有55个少数民族，这些少数民族有着丰富的文化底蕴和浓郁的异域风情，他们不仅是我们祖国的骄傲，也是我们国家的瑰宝。纵观历史，少数民族文化是华夏文明的一部分，同时他们也为华夏五千年的文明发展做出了巨大贡献。

近年来，随着国家整体经济的发展，科技的进步，以及从国家在教育政策上对于少数民族地区的扶植，高校少数民族大学生人数逐年增加。但由于民族文化的多样性，高校少数民族大学生的思想状况以及行为方式都有着很大差异，甚至在人生观以及价值观等方面也存在偏差。在分析了这些问题之后，很明显，加强大学生的哲学和政治教育非常重要。培养少数民族优秀人才，不仅有利于少数民族的全面发展，而且对中华民族的稳定发展也具有重要意义。……
