摘  要：我国著名教育家叶圣陶先生说过“教育就是培养习惯”，这句话可见叶圣陶先生对“培养习惯”的重视。良好的行为习惯对一个人的全面发展具有非常重要的作用，特别对中小学生而言。良好的行为习惯能帮助他们有效率的学习，对于他们未来的成长之路来说，拥有了良好的行为习惯也能助力他们更健康的成长。小学生正处于世界观形成的关键时期，这时候家庭和学校给予他们的教育是很重要的，帮助小学生养成良好的行为习惯需要家庭和学校一起合作。基于此，本文将结合小学生在养成良好的行为习惯过程中的实际情况，浅析家校结合开展小学生良好行为习惯的养成策略。

A brief analysis on the development of good behavior and habit education for primary school students by combining home and school

【Abstract】Mr. Ye Shengtao，a famous educator in China，said that "education is the cultivation of habits"，which shows that Mr. Ye Shengtao attaches great importance to "cultivating habits". Good behavior habits play a very important role in one's all-round development，especially for primary and secondary school students. Good behavior habits can help them learn efficiently. For their future growth，having good behavior habits can also help them grow healthily. Primary school students are in the critical period of forming world outlook. At this time，the education given to them by families and schools is very important. To help pupils develop good behavior habits，families and schools should cooperate together. Based on this，this paper will combine with the actual situation of primary school students in the process of forming good behavior habits，and analyze the strategy of combining home and school to develop pupils' good behavior habits.

养成教育是素质教育的重要组成部分，是培养学生良好行为习惯的教育。所以，在学生养成良好的行为习惯的过程中，家庭和学校应该结合起来，达成一致，共同致力于小学生良好行为习惯的养成，这样才能在学校和家庭的共同监督下，帮助小学生真正养成良好的行为习惯，进而使学生获得全面的发展。因此，學校教师应努力构建有机结合的家校教育共同体，通过家校合作完成小学生的养成教育，并促进素质教育的发展，使小学生能够健康、全面的发展，为成为国家未来的栋梁打好坚实基础。
