摘  要：随着学前教育行业的迅速发展以及国家政策的大力推广，不少地区面临着幼儿园教师缺失的情况。转岗教师的出现在一定程度上缓解了幼儿园教师的缺失情况。但是幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题仍然存在，转岗教师在工作中在职业成长上也面临着不同程度的困难。得益于社会对转岗教师职业适应的关注，当前，越来越多的幼儿园开始重视幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题，对幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题的具体措施进行一定程度的改革，适应并满足社会发展对幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题的新要求。本文主要系统梳理幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题在当前背景下的现状，总结从专业成长角度探究幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题的优势，针对幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题提出具体的措施，在实践中检验并发展该措施理论，完善当下的幼儿园转岗教师教育工作体系。

From the Perspective of Professional Growth to Explore the Professional Adaptation of Kindergarten Teachers

【Abstract】With the rapid development of preschool education industry and the vigorous promotion of national policies，many areas are faced with the lack of kindergarten teachers. The emergence of transferred teachers alleviates the lack of kindergarten teachers to a certain extent. However，there are still some problems in the professional adaptation of the transferred teachers in kindergartens. Benefiting from the social attention to the occupational adaptation of the transferred teachers，at present，more and more kindergartens begin to pay attention to the occupational adaptation of the transferred kindergarten teachers，and reform the specific measures to some extent to adapt to and meet the new requirements of social development on the occupational adaptation of the transferred kindergarten teachers. This paper systematically combs the current situation of the occupational adaptation of kindergarten transferred teachers in the contemporary context，summarizes the advantages of exploring the occupational adaptation of kindergarten transferred teachers from the perspective of professional growth，puts forward specific measures for the occupational adaptation of kindergarten transferred teachers，and tests and develops the theory of the measures in practice，so as to improve the current education system of transferred kindergarten teachers.

隨着《国家中长期发展规划纲要》的公布和“学前教育三年行动计划”的提出，学前教育事业到达了一个新的行业标准巅峰，人们对学前教育有了一个全新的认识，近年来，幼儿园的招生人数急剧增长，幼儿教育的教师岗位需求进一步扩大，而幼儿园的专业性幼儿教师一直处于紧缺的状态，为了缓解幼儿教师结构性紧缺现状，在县域内将临近学前专业或者艺术方向的教师转岗到幼儿园教师岗位。……
