[摘    要]在化工企业的经营过程中，化工设备自动化管理技术发挥了关键的作用，成为促进化学工业发展和持续进步的因素。因此，从化工设备自动化的一些相关概念入手，总结化工设备自动化管理中的一些问题，最后提出管理水平的建议，进一步提高广大化工企业未来化工设备自动化管理水平。

Analysis on the Improvement of Chemical Instrument Automation Management Level

[Abstract]In the operation process of chemical enterprises， chemical equipment automation management technology has played a key role and has become a factor that promotes the development and continuous progress of the chemical industry. Therefore， starting from the explanation of some related concepts of chemical equipment automation， summing up some problems in the automation management of chemical equipment， and finally putting forward management level recommendations to further improve the future chemical equipment automation management level of the majority of chemical companies.

我国传统化工企业的工作环境差，风险因素高。大多数化学原料都必须小心放置和处置，因为它们都是易燃易爆的危险材料。如果未正确操作，将发生致命的错误，导致事故的发生。生产线上许多危险过程的控制需要手动操作，而这些操作无法达到对工人安全的自动化程度，这对化工企业来说是巨大的考验。

1 化工仪表基本管理体系结构

1.1 化工仪表控制系统的管理

化工仪表自动化控制系统主要由PLC系统、DCS系统和FCS系统3部分组成。DCS系统的组成主要包括管理层，整体层控制和化工仪器仪表层网络组成，内部网络包括信息网络和控制网络结构，网络结构起着全面的控制作用，以及稳定系统和有效的实时数据，在化工设备的控制中非常重要。主要特点是对化工设备的分布式控制，利用优越的计算功能将多个化工设备连接到生产线。在PLC系统中用于调整内部控制逻辑组态参数，实时更改所有过程参数和设备运行状态。这意味着设备的安装和维护会提高设备的效率。……
