[摘    要]随着社会经济的不断发展，数控机床的应用越来越广阔，通过应用数控机床能够满足人们对于机械零件的加工需求，提高机械零件的产量，大大的提高加工效率，给工业带来更多的经济效益，促进我国工业现代化的进一步发展。但是数控机床设备在应用的过程中会出现一些故障问题，如果没有及时发现事故及重大故障，并且进行维修，便会影响数控机床作用的正常发挥，不利于更好的展开相关工作，因此需要对数控机床维修进行改造。文章首先讲述对数控机床维修改造工作的必要性，其次讲述标准化维修改造的基本原则，最后讲述维修改造中需要控制的重点，以此来供相关人士参考与交流。

[Abstract]With the continuous development of society and economy， the application of CNC machine tools is becoming wider and wider. Through the application of CNC machine tools， people can meet people's demand for mechanical parts， increase the output of mechanical parts， greatly improve processing efficiency， and bring more to the industry. The economic benefits of this field will promote the further development of my countrys industrial modernization. However， there will be some failures in the application of CNC machine tools. If accidents and major failures are not discovered in time and repaired， it will affect the normal function of CNC machine tools， which is not conducive to better development of related work. Repair of CNC machine tools is carried out. This article first describes the necessity of maintenance and transformation of CNC machine tools， secondly describes the basic principles of standardized maintenance and transformation， and finally describes the key points that need to be controlled in the maintenance and transformation， so as to provide relevant people for reference and communication.

伴隨社会经济的不断发展，制造业发展的速度越来越快，在制造业发展的过程中，数控设备发挥着极其有效的作用，属于一个机电一体化的高科技产品，通过应用数控设备不仅能够提高产品的产量，同时也能够提高工作效率，促进工业的进一步发展，随着标准化管理在市场经济中的地位越来越重要，因此需要对施工设备进行标准化的维修改造工作，促进我国制造业的进一步发展。
