[摘    要]水电厂维护管理设备阶段最为重要的工作就是设备管理，能够使相关设备在水电厂的运行具有安全性以及稳定性，有着十分重要的作用。文章以某公司在水电生产管理阶段所建设的信息系统为背景，阐述了该公司日常维护设备的标准，及实现信息化建设的途径，使类似的管理工作获得了参考依据，以供参考。

[Abstract]The most important work in the equipment maintenance and management stage of hydropower plant is equipment management， which can make the relevant equipment safe and stable in the operation of hydropower plant， and plays a very important role. Based on the information system of a company in the hydropower production management stage， this paper expounds the standard of the company's daily maintenance equipment， and the way to realize the information construction， so as to provide reference for similar management work. The so-called equipment maintenance management refers to that in order to ensure the performance and efficiency of the equipment， it is necessary to use the corresponding technology to inspect the equipment according to the relevant plans and regulations. It mainly involves the planned maintenance， regular inspection and inspection of the equipment. It is one of the most important measures to manage the equipment in the hydropower plant. Based on this， it can make the power plant set up The operation of the standby system is safe and stable.

所謂的设备维护管理，指的就是为了使设备能够得到性能以及效率的保障，需要根据相关计划和相关规定，采用相应的技术对其进行检查，主要涉及了设备的计划检修、定期巡检以及检查等工作，是水电厂管理设备最为重要的措施之一，以此为基础，能够使电厂设备的运行具有安全性以及稳定性。

1 维护管理设备的标准

在对设备进行维护管理的过程中国，需要结合国家法律、行业法规以及企业的规章制度，以现代化的理念和现状来对设备进行管理，并维护管理该公司下属单位的设备，该公司本部需要以一体化为目标，对相应的管理标准进行起草，并对基层的单位的意见进行广泛地征求，该公司办公室需要以标准化、一体化为目标，对统一地管理标准进行发布。以维护管理公司设备为目标，对相应的职责进行规定，从内容和方法、识别和控制等方面，对管理活动以及重要风险等进行了解。
