摘  要： 为了解决当前高校信管专业实践教学环节存在的实践基地质量不高、实践教学内容相对陈旧、企业实习受益学生不广泛、实践教学与现实脱节等问题，通过文献研究、案例分析和归纳总结方法，文章提出了实践教学模式变革的方向，即建立“五位一体”的信管专业创新创业实践教学和管理体系。该体系包括“健全的组织管理体系、创新创业人才培养模式、创业支撑的课程体系、高实践能力的师资队伍、开放共享的校企合作平台”五个方面。

Reform of practical teaching mode of information management specialty

for the innovation and entrepreneurship education

Abstract： In order to solve the problems existing in the practical teaching of information management specialty in colleges and universities， such as the low quality of practice base， the relatively old practical teaching content， the limited number of students benefited from enterprise practice， and the disconnection between practical teaching and reality， etc.， through the methods of literature research， case analysis， and summarizing， this paper puts forward the direction of practical teaching mode reform， that is， to establish a "five in one" practical teaching and management system for information management specialty. The system includes five aspects， a sound organization and management system， an innovative and entrepreneurial talent training mode， a curriculum system supported by entrepreneurship， a teaching staff with high practical ability， and an open and shared platform for school enterprise cooperation.

1 信管专业教学改革的时代背景和现实意义

信息管理与信息系统专业（简称：“信管专业”）是集合管理学和计算机科学于一体的交叉学科，是旨在培养实践能力较强的应用型高级专门人才。2015年5月，国务院办公厅印发《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》明确强调“创新创业教育应面向全体学生，融入人才培养体系，贯穿人才培养全过程”的基本原则和总体目标，进一步确立创新创业教育的价值定位和政策导向。信息管理学是应用性很强的综合性学科，实践环节在信管专业教学过程中具有非常重要的作用。当前高校信管专业教学中的实践环节存在教学效果差、与社会需求脱节等问题，需要改革实践教学模式。创新创业教育和信管专业实践教学相结合，有助于开辟信息管理实践教学的新途径，培养具有开拓创新和实践经验的信息管理人才，有利于加强学生独立思考和批判性思维的培养，提升信管专业人才的专业素养和创新创业素质，并缓解就业压力。……
