【摘  要】实现中华民族的伟大复兴，必须坚持中国共产党的领导。国有企业是推动国民经济迅速发展的重要力量，其党建宣传工作的开展极为重要。国有企业党建宣传工作的开展情况会直接影响国有企业员工对重大问题的舆论导向。随着经济体制的进一步改革和企业管理制度的进一步优化，国有企业的管理方式和工作职能发生了重要变化。基于这一时代背景，国有企业针对党建宣传工作应当不断探索新的工作路径，为推动国民经济的进一步发展提供指导意见。

【Abstract】In order to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation， we must adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China. The state-owned enterprises are the important force to promote the rapid development of the national economy， and the development of Party building propaganda work is extremely important. The development situation of Party building propaganda work in state-owned enterprises will directly affect the public opinion orientation of employees in state-owned enterprises on major issues. With the further reform of the economic system and the further optimization of the management system in enterprises， important changes have taken place in the management methods and work functions of state-owned enterprises. Based on the background of this era， state-owned enterprises should continue to explore new work path for Party building propaganda work， and provide guidance and opinions for the further development of the national economy.

1 引言

习近平总书记强调要始终坚持党的领导，不断加强党的建设，这是推动国有企业发展的重要基础。正因如此，抓住国有企业党建宣传工作重点，积极探索创新路径，是推动国有企业进一步发展的关键所在。作为国有企业的领导部门，党务工作部门具备指导广大企业员工开展精神建设的重要作用。党务宣传工作作为一种意识形态工作，对培养员工的大局观念、政治观念和奉献观念都发挥着重要作用。尤其是在信息科学技术迅速发展的新时期，人们能够更为快捷地获得更多信息，这也对人们的思想构成了一定的冲击。国有企业作用我国国民经济的支柱型企业，对于一些社会敏感事件和热点问题也应当加强关注，做好舆论引导，为营造良好和谐的社会氛围提供理论性指导。
