Practice and Exploration of Digital Construction of Red Literature Resources： Taking the Digitization Construction of ZhouEnlai Library of the Meiyuanxincun Memorial of the Delegation of Chinese Communist Party as an Example

Abstract The digitization， networking and intelligent management of red literature collection resources is not only the need to preserve the red literature collection， but also the need to enhance the utilization and dissemination of red literature in the age of big data. Taking the digital construction of the red literature resources in the Zhou Enlai Library collection as an example， this paper illustrates the value and urgency of the conservation of red literature resources. This paper also expounds the practice in digitization， networking， database construction as well as development and utilization of educational dissemination functions of red literature resources.

在一些革命纪念馆及图书馆中，其馆藏的文献档案资料都是采用纸质材料为载体进行保存的，但由于受天气潮湿的影响，再加上馆藏环境、技术设备等条件的限制，部分馆藏文献资料可能已存在不同程度老化甚至损坏，严重影响使用。相关单位虽然开展了一些针对性的保护，比如对文稿进行了资料扫描件缩微化和音像视频化，但从目前的时代发展来看，有必要拓展印刷型红色文献的生存空间，通过利用数字化技術来更好地展陈和利用红色文献[1]。对此，本文基于周恩来图书馆的数字化建设实践来探讨对于红色文献保护和利用的实施路径，以便更安全和长久地保存和利用好这些优秀的红色文献信息资源。

1 红色文化特色馆藏资源数字化保护面临的瓶颈
