摘 要 课堂管理是课堂教学的重要组成部分，在学生需求视角下独立学院进行课堂管理的理论基础是人本主义思想、认知主义思想、建构主义思想。目前为止，独立学院进行课堂管理缺乏相应的主动性、技巧性以及对学生的关注度。分析独立学院课堂管理的现状并根据现状提出一些有针对性的发展策略，从而提升独立学院课堂管理的水平，并为以后的相关研究提供借鉴。

Abstract Classroom management is an important part of classroom teaching. From the perspective of students' needs， the theoretical basis of classroom management in independent colleges is humanism， cognitivism and constructivism. So far， independent colleges lack the corresponding initiative， skills and attention to students. This paper analyzes the current situation of classroom management in Independent colleges and puts forward some targeted development strategies according to the current situation， so as to improve the level of classroom management in independent colleges and provide reference for future related research.

1 独立学院进行课堂管理的理论基础

1.1 人本主义思想

人本主义主张将完整的人作为研究对象。在人本主义思想中，学生的学习是由个人发起的、具有个人参与性质的过程，学生在学习时会投入整个人的情感和认知，同时会从内部获得对知识的领悟。学习会使学生的行为、態度以及个性等发生变化，从而促进学生自我修养的提升。根据人本主义思想，独立院校在进行课堂管理时应当充分发挥学生作为学习主体的重要作用，通过提供合适的学习环境以及相应的课程指导帮助学生更好地理解课堂内容，同时要注重营造活跃、和谐的课堂氛围。

1.2 认知主义思想

认知主义思想把个体的知识分为两类，一类是可以直接用于陈述的知识，用来解决“是什么”的问题，被称为陈述性知识;一类是需要借助某些形式推测可能存在的知识，用来回答“怎么办”的问题，被称为程序性知识。[1]认……
