摘 要 专业认证主要倡导的核心理念是：以学生为中心，以培养目标和毕业要求为导向，实施教学活动并进行持续改进。它是保证高等教育质量的重要手段，而大学生发展性学业指导是确保专业通过认证的最重要支撑。构建以学生为中心的大学生发展性学业指导中心，明确学业指导中心的职责、重心和内容，强化学业指导中心的工作机制，是探索专业认证背景下的符合学生发展需求和学习特点的学业指导模式， 是当前学生事務管理实效性的迫切需要。

Constructing a New System of Developmental Academic Guidance for College Students under the Background of Professional Certification

Abstract The core idea of professional certification is： student-centered， training objectives and graduation requirements oriented， the implementation of teaching activities and continuous improvement. It is an important means to ensure the quality of higher education， and college students' developmental academic guidance is the most important support to ensure the professional certification. To build a student-centered developmental academic guidance center for college students， to clarify the responsibilities， focus and content of the center， and to strengthen the working mechanism of the center， is to explore the academic guidance mode in line with students' development needs and learning characteristics under the background of professional certification， and is an urgent need for the effectiveness of the current student affairs management.

专门职业性专业认证（professional programatic accreditation，简称专业认证）是由专业性认证机构针对高等教育机构开设的专业教育实施的专门性认证，主要是通过多方合作、多方协调，将专业教育领域及实施进行认证明确，从专业角度来讲具有一定的实效性，而从教学质量保障及职业发展层面分析，该认证同样具备权威性。[1]

该认证强化其专业性，并将产业纳入主要导向，将学生作为核心基础。将三大基本理念与未来发展就业进行融合，并双重推进。国家相关文件精神指出，教育本身不是硬性知识灌输，而是结合学生需求及发展规划，从人入手、从发展入手。将每个学生成长发展作为核心基础。并尊重其思想个性与实际所需，将教育模式向规律发展转型，提倡快乐教学、积极学习。[2]

所以，在相关工作开展中必须以“人”为主，对专业认证主体进行明确，这样才能更为科学、合理的进行体系架构与模式优化。……
