摘 要 课程教学是研究生教育的重要组成部分，是人才培养的基石，对于提升教育质量和打造高校核心竞争力至关重要。该文从教师、学生、高校管理团队三类角色层面剖析了高校课程教学中实际存在的问题，在此基础上从课程定位、课程监管、学生成长、微变革积累、教学质量指标五个方面逐步深入地探究解决高校课程教学中实际存在问题的策略，助力教学质量进步，实践高校内涵式发展。

Research on the Problems and Solutions of College Course Teaching

Abstract Course teaching is an important part of postgraduate education， is the cornerstone of cultivate talents， to improve education quality and build the core competitiveness of university. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the course teaching of universities from teachers， students and university management teams， on this basis， the strategies to solve the problems in the course teaching in universities are explored step by step from five aspects： the course orientation， the course supervision， the student growth， the accumulation of curriculum micro- reform， and the course quality system， to improve teaching quality and implement the intentional development.

改革開放特别是党的十八大以来，我国研究生教育快速发展，已成为世界研究生教育大国。中国特色社会主义进入新时代，各行各业对高层次创新人才的需求更加迫切，研究生教育的地位和作用更加凸显。[1]2010年以来，全国研究生招生人数由2010年的招生不足55万人，到2019年增至91.7万人。硕士研究生在2017年后由于非全日制纳入统考，招生人数出现明显的涨幅，2018年招生人数达到76.2万余人。博士研究生招生规模也有较为明显的增长，2018年为9.6万人，2019年超过10万人。整体来看，2010年至今，研究生招生规模增长速度整体有所放缓，研究生教育由外延式扩张阶段逐步向内涵式发展阶段转变，[2]提升课程教学质量具有重大意义。

1高校课程教学存在的问题

1.1教师压力大，创新热情不足，优质教学经验难延续

青年教师刚任教，授课经验少，压力大，想要打造出精品课程，难度不言而喻。有的教师不愿改变，同一门课程上十年，十年讲课内容不变化。……
