摘  要：文化产业高质量发展是我国经济高质量发展的重要方面。习近平总书记对推动文化产业高质量发展的要求，是引领我国文化产业进一步发展的科学指导方针。文化产业的使命担当是理解文化产业高质量发展的逻辑基础。文化产业的高质量发展，要以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念为指导。在具体发展路径设计上，应以创新理念提升文化产业的核心竞争力，以协调理念完善文化产业的空间布局，以绿色理念规范文化产业的发展模式，以开放理念活跃文化贸易进出口，以共享理念释放文化产业的正外部性。

A Path Research of High-Quality Development of Cultural Industries under the New Development Concepts

Abstract：High-quality development of cultural industries is an important aspect of high-quality development of the overall economy of China. General secretary Xi Jinpings request of promoting high-quality development of cultural industries provides a scientific guidance of the Chinese cultural industries. The mission and responsibility of cultural industries is the logical foundation to understand its high-quality development. High-quality development of cultural industries must be considered from the perspective of the new concepts of innovative， coordinated，green，open and inclusive development.Specifically， innovative concept aims to strength the core competitiveness of cultural industries，coordinated concept points to improving the spacial layout of cultural industries，green concept targets developing mode regulation of cultural industries，open concept focuses on stimulating the import and export trade in cultural industries，and inclusive concept calls for the positive externalities of cultural industries.

习近平总书记强调，发展理念是发展行动的先导。发展理念是管全局、管根本、管方向、管长远的东西，是发展思路、发展方向、发展着力点的集中体现[1]。国家“十三五”规划纲要提出，要贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念[2]。创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想的重大创新，新发展理念的聚合成就高质量发展[3]。文化产业作为国民经济的支柱性产业，是我国经济高质量发展的重要组成部分，在新发展理念的指导下，我国的文化产业终将实现高质量发展。

一、文化产业高质量发展的理论依据
