摘  要：教育是民族振兴的重要基石，教育是一个国家发展、社会进步的力量源泉。图书馆作为教育发展不可或缺的重要标志，如何充分发挥其教育功能是我们需要探讨的课题。基于此，该文探讨了新形势下图书馆管理创新的实质，分析了新形势下图书馆的现状及存在的问题，以及新形势下图书馆管理创新的必要性，研究了新形势下图书馆管理创新的措施，以期促进新形势下图书馆的健康发展。

Research on Library Management Innovation Under the New Situation

Abstract： Education is an important cornerstone of national rejuvenation， education is the source of strength for a country's development and social progress. As an indispensable symbol of the development of education， how to give full play to its educational function is a subject we need to explore. Based on this， this paper discusses the essence of library management innovation under the new situation， analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the Library under the new situation， as well as the necessity of library management innovation under the new situation， and studies the measures of library management innovation under the new situation， in order to promote the healthy development of the Library under the new situation.

作为能够以传播知识为己任的教育场所，图书馆肩负着收藏整理书籍资料，同时能够提供舒适的阅读学习，供人进行资料参考浏览的地方。图书馆的存在有着悠久的历史，它起源于古代人民保存记录重要事件的行为习惯。到了今天，图书馆所肩负的职能越来越多样化与现代化。随着科技的进步，图书馆随着人们的需求发生改变，但是图书馆的内部管理模式并没有与时俱进，这给新形势下图书馆的管理工作带来了许多的挑战。因此，为了满足广大读者的需求，图书馆的管理工作应该适应新时代的发展，做出与时俱进的改变和创新的发展，吸引更多的人民群眾进行知识的学习，为我国教育事业的发展增添一份新的活力。

1  新形势下图书馆管理创新的实质

管理方面进行创新的实质是能够以科学的管理理论知识为基础，进行理论知识与实践知识的相结合，并且能够良好地掌握其中的内涵且自身能够结合实际情况进行新的创造与发展。……
