摘  要：随着互联网技术的不断发展，我国的教育模式也在不断地发展着。在我国的高校教育中，体育教育一直是一个难点，众多高校一直在寻求解决的方法。当前“互联网+”的背景下，各个学科的教学效果都得到了提高，学生的综合素质得到了发展。因此，高校纷纷在探索“互联网+”下的体育教学方式。基于此，该文从当前高校体育教育现状出发，对我国高校在“互联网+”下的体育教学进行分析，对我国高校体育教学的改革提出了一些具体的措施，希望能够促进高校体育教学的发展，从而提高大学生的身体素质。

The Reform of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities under the "Internet Plus"

Abstract： With the continuous development of Internet technology， China's educational model is also developing. In our country's college education， physical education has always been a difficult point， many colleges and universities have been looking for solutions. At present， under the background of "Internet Plus"， the teaching effect of various disciplines has been improved， and the comprehensive quality of students has been developed. Therefore， colleges and universities are exploring the "Internet plus" under the physical education teaching methods. Based on this， this paper， starting from the current situation of physical education in colleges and universities， analyzes the physical education teaching in colleges and universities in China under the "Internet plus" and puts forward some concrete measures for the reform of physical education in colleges and universities in China， hoping to promote the development of physical education in colleges and universities so as to improve the physical quality of college students.

随着网络技术的发展，互联网成了当前各个行业不可缺少的部分，我国太多的行业经济都依托于互联网得到了发展。如今的人们早已习惯在线上获得知识和报酬等，“互联网+”的概念也就随之出现了。尤其是在教育方面，目前线上的教育模式层出不穷，给我国的教育带来了新的发展机会。我国高校的体育教育教育一直以来就是非常困难，在当前“互联网+”的背景下，如何改變高校的体育教育教学方式，成了高校正在研究的一个问题，也是当前体育教学中的一个重点。
