摘  要：流行文化是新世纪的文化产物，具有鲜明的时代特征及灵活多变的呈现方式，深受当代大学生的喜爱。流行文化契合了当代大学生的文化审美需求，在很大程度上满足了大学生的猎奇心理，但是流行文化发展时间相对比较短，还存在很多负面信息，大学生接触到这些负面信息必然会对其正确思想道德观念的形成带来影响，同时还会在一定程度上削弱高校思政教育效果。所以，在新时期下，高校思政教育工作者必须客观地看待流行文化带来的影响，并采取适宜的应对策略，扬长避短，发挥出流行文化的积极作用，促进思政教育效果提升。

Influence and Countermeasures of Popular Culture on Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

Abstract： Popular culture is the cultural product of the new century， with distinct characteristics of the era and flexible presentation， deeply loved by contemporary college students. Popular culture conforms to the cultural aesthetic needs of contemporary college students and meets the curiosity seeking psychology of college students to a large extent.However， the development time of popular culture is relatively short and there is still negative information. If college students are exposed to these negative information， it will inevitably affect the formation of their correct ideological and moral concepts.And at the same time， it will weaken the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to a certain extent.Therefore，in the new era，ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities must objectively look at the impact of popular culture and take appropriate coping strategies to promote the positive role of popular culture and promote the effect of ideological and political education.

1  流行文化对高校思政教育的积极影响

1.1 缓解大学生心理压力

大学阶段正处于一个人成长的关键时期，他们的心智逐步成熟，但是心理承受能力却比较弱。同时大学生本身承担着比较大的压力，如考试压力、就业压力、老师及家长的期望、生活中的人际关系，此外大学生还有一定的情感压力，这些压力很容易带给大学生压抑感，长期以往大学生很容易出现心理疾病。而流行文化可以带给大学生一种更加轻松的感受，流行文化本身具有较强的娱乐性、消遣性，能很好地调节大学生的情绪，缓解其心理压力。如很多大学生喜欢看《奔跑吧》《极限挑战》等娱乐节目，这些节目可以让大学生开心的笑，能缓解大学生的紧张心理。……
