摘  要：随着社会不断发展进步，国家更加重视教育培养创新型人才。从学生发展角度来看，初中阶段是学生提升发散思维能力的黄金时期。目前，初中语文教学效果还未达到可以有效培养学生发散思维的理想状态，主要是因为教师和学生依然深受传统教育模式的影响，教师没有树立起着重培养学生发散性思维能力的思想意识，课堂气氛枯燥乏味、学生对知识多是死记硬背，这非常不利于学生进一步培养发散思维能力。鉴于此，本文首先介绍了培养学生发散性思维能力的重要意义，之后建立在初中语文教育现状的基础上提出了一系列可以在初中语文教学中进行学生发散思维能力训练的有效策略。

A Study on the Training of Students' Divergent Thinking in Junior Chinese Teaching under the Guidance of Knowledge

【Abstract】With the continuous development and progress of society，the country pays more attention to education and cultivation of innovative talents. From the perspective of student development，junior high school is a golden period for students to improve their divergent thinking ability. At present，it seems that the effect of junior high school Chinese teaching has not reached the ideal state that can effectively cultivate students' divergent thinking. The main reason is that teachers and students are still deeply influenced by traditional education models. Teachers have not established an ideological awareness that focuses on cultivating students' divergent thinking ability. The classroom atmosphere is boring and students are mostly rote memorizing knowledge. This is very unfavorable for students to further develop divergent thinking ability. With this in mind，this article first introduces the importance of cultivating students' divergent thinking ability，and then puts forward a series of effective strategies to train students' divergent thinking ability based on the status quo of junior high school Chinese education.

初中語文教师在传统教学形式的影响下更习惯偏向知识灌输和解题技巧的教学，这种形式下的教育就像一条流水线，学生思想模式被固化故而更加不利于发散性思维的形成。若想达到通过语文教学来培养学生发散性思维的目的，初中语文教师要对传统的教育模式进行创新改革，致力打造更加丰富有趣的课堂来激发学生主动进行创新思考，最终让学生可以做到自动自发且快乐地进行语文学习。通过初中语文教学这一途径来帮助培养学生形成发散性思维，为当今初中语文教育满足时代发展的需要做出努力。……
