摘  要：在新课改下的初中数学教学中，教师仍然面临着学困生转化的难题。教育部新发布的五项管理要求从多个方面引入适合学困生认知与学习的资源，更好转化学困生，提高学生整体的数学水平。新时期的初中数学教学中，教师要有效落实相关帮助转化举措，以便更好地转化学困生，提高教学效果，也为学生以后的学习打好基础。

Research on the Causes and Transformation Ways of Junior High School Students with Learning Difficulties in Mathematics

【Abstract】In the junior middle school mathematics teaching under the new curriculum reform，teachers are still facing the problem of transforming students with learning difficulties. The five management requirements newly issued by the Ministry of education require the introduction of resources suitable for the cognition and learning of students with learning difficulties from many aspects，so as to better transform students with learning difficulties and improve the overall mathematical level of students. In the new period of junior middle school mathematics teaching，teachers should effectively implement relevant measures to help transform students with learning difficulties，improve teaching effect，and lay a good foundation for students' future learning.

根据教育部发布的关于开展初中生作业、睡眠等五项管理督导，提出了加强中初中作业、睡眠、手机、读物、体质管理，这关系到学生的健康成长与全面发展，也是深入推进立德树人的重要措施。在初中数学教学中，由于学生之间的学习基础、学习态度、家庭环境等各方面因素的差异，班级中存在着学优生、中等生、学困生，其中有效帮扶转化学困生是非常重要的课题。学困生的成因是多种多样的，教师应当先明确学困生的成因，之后探讨帮扶转化的有效策略，这样才能更好转化学困生。运用有针对性的帮扶转化措施，可以让学困生更好地进步，提高初中数学教育教学的成效。

1.初中数学学困生的主要成因

关于初中数学学困生的主要成因，本人根据日常的教学经验，以及调查研究本校和周边几所学校的师生，阅读若干篇相关文献，可以得出主要原因如下。一是学习基础薄弱。这是最为根本的原因，由于学生数学基础薄弱，在课堂上听不懂课程，无法及时完成作业，跟不上班级整体的节奏，逐渐丧失学习数学的自信心，进而更不想学习数学，基础知识更差，形成恶性循环。……
