摘  要：为了研究高性能计算（HPC）在复杂环境中决策因素的影响力，提出一种集成模型，结合了创新扩展（DOI）和“人-组织-技术”适应（HOT-fit）理论。通过决策制定者对间接收益和当前HPC能力的判断进行云计算预测，充分考虑了人的因素、技术因素。结果表明，采用云计算的间接收益、资源充足性、高层管理支持和兼容性方面有着不同看法。因此，可以利用间接收益和HPC能力，对是否会在HPC中采用云计算的决策进行预测。

Important Factors Affecting High Performance Cloud Computing and Model Inspection and Analysis

Abstract：In order to study the influence of decision factors of high performance computing （HPC） in complex environment， an integrated model is proposed， which combines the theory of Diffusion of Innovations （DOI） and the “human-organization-technology” fit （HOT-fit）. Through the judgment of decision-makers on indirect benefits and current HPC capabilities， cloud computing prediction is carried out， taking full account of human factors and technical factors. The results show that there are different views on the indirect benefits， resource adequacy， top management support and compatibility of cloud computing. Therefore， indirect benefits and HPC capabilities can be used to predict the decision making whether cloud computing will be adopted in HPC.

0  引  言

云计算[1]是信息系统研究和实践的一个重要新兴范式。美国国家标准和技术研究所将云计算定义为“实现对可配置计算机资源（即网络、服务器、存储、应用和服务）共享池的方便按需网络访问，通过较少的管理工作或服务供应商交互，实现资源的快速提供和发布”。随着信息技术（IT）效率的改善和业务敏捷性的提高，企业开始将云计算纳入IT战略中[2]。大量文献分析了云计算的优点，但不同的组织、技术、环境和人为因素[3]均会影响到云计算的采纳与否。因此，在高度复杂且未得到充分研究的领域，例如高性能计算[4]（High Performance Computing，HPC），有必要对各种技术、环境等因素的作用进行分析。

本文是理解在复杂的高性能计算环境中，采用云计算决策的影响因素。为此，将两种流行的理论即DOI理论[5]和HOT-fit框架[6]结合在一起，从而对云计算进行更全面的分析。其中，DOI理论认为高層管理特征和内部组织架构能够影响到终端用户是否采用云计算的意愿。……
