【摘要】 目的：探究病例討论模式在综合医院口腔科实习中的应用效果。方法：选择2017年9月-2019年9月于本院口腔科实习的口腔专业本科班62名学生作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各31名。对照组给予传统临床教学，观察组在对照组基础上给予病例讨论模式教学。比较两组出科考核成绩、教学效果评分及对临床教学满意情况。结果：观察组基础理论知识、临床操作技能、临床分析能力、病例书写成绩及总成绩均高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组教学目标明确、增强学习及互动兴趣、提高知识点掌握程度、提高临床技能操作能力、提高临床思维及分析解决能力评分及教学效果总分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组对临床教学总满意率为96.77%高于对照组的74.19%（P<0.05）。结论：综合医院口腔科实习中采取病例讨论模式教学，能够提高学生理论知识及实践能力，提升教学效果和教学满意度。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the application effect of case discussion mode in practice of stomatology department of general hospital. Method： A total of 62 students from the stomatological major undergraduate class practiced in the stomatology department of our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method， 31 cases in each group. The control group was given the traditional teaching method， and the observation group was given the the case discussion mode teaching on the basis of control group. The examination results， teaching effect scores and satisfaction with clinical teaching were compared between the two groups. Result： The basic theoretical knowledge， clinical operation skills， clinical analysis ability， case writing scores and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）. The score of clear teaching objectives， enhanced interest in learning and interaction， improved mastery of knowledge points， improved clinical skill operation ability， improved clinical thinking， analysis and solution ability scores and the total score of teaching effect in the observation group were higher those in the control group （P<0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of clinical teaching in the observation group was 96.77%， higher than 74.19% in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The case discussion mode can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of the student， and improve the teaching effect and satisfaction.

口腔科是一门技术操作繁多、实践性较强的学科，学生需将医学理论与实际病例相结合，以不断提升发现、解决问题能力，从而保证口腔疾病患者诊断治疗顺利进行[1-2]。口腔科临床实习是口腔医学教学的重要组成部分，口腔科实习生需要在短时间掌握基本操作技能，但受时间限制、医患矛盾等因素影响，学习效果一般[3-4]。传统教学模式注重理论知识的培养，在培养学生实践性、主动性方面有所欠缺，已不能很好地满足临床实习需要[5]。病例讨论模式教学法是以学生为主体，从临床典型病例问题出发，围绕病例问题展开讨论、学习，从而达到巩固口腔疾病知识掌握的目的[6]。鉴于此，本研究将病例讨论模式教学法应用于综合医院口腔科实习的31名学生，并对其应用效果展开探究，现报道如下。
