【摘要】 目的：探討乳腺癌患者癌组织中lincRNA-ROR的表达变化及临床意义。方法：选取2018年5月-2019年5月本院收治的乳腺癌患者160例为研究组，选取同时间段在本院接受检查的正常人群160例为对照组。比较两组血清中lincRNA-ROR表达情况，研究组癌组织、癌旁正常组织中lincRNA-ROR表达情况。分析乳腺癌患者血清中lincRNA-ROR表达情况与临床特征的关系。结果：治疗前，研究组血清中lincRNA-ROR水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后，两组lincRNA-ROR水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。研究组癌组织中lincRNA-ROR水平为（2.2±0.8），癌旁正常组织中lincRNA-ROR水平为（0.8±0.2），研究组癌组织中lincRNA-ROR水平高于癌旁正常组织（P<0.05）。乳腺癌患者血清中lincRNA-ROR水平升高与患者年龄、肿瘤TNM分期、人表皮生长因子受体-2（HER2）、细胞增殖指数（Ki-67）无关（P>0.05），与淋巴结转移、PR、ER有关（P<0.05）。结论：乳腺癌检查中，lincRNA-ROR在乳腺癌患者血清中的水平明显升高，癌组织中的LincRNA-ROR水平显著高于癌旁正常组织，且lincRNA-ROR水平与PR、ER受体的状态、淋巴结转移情况存在明显的关系，可以将lincRNA-ROR作为乳腺癌诊断中的潜在分子标记物。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the expression changes and clinical significance of lincRNA-ROR in breast cancer patients. Method： A total of 160 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study group， and 160 cases of normal people who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The expression of lincRNA-ROR in serum of the two groups was compared， and the expression of lincRNA-ROR in cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues of the study group was compared， the relationship between the expression of lincRNA-ROR in serum and clinical features of breast cancer patients was analyzed. Result： Before treatment， the serum level of lincRNA-ROR in the study group was higher than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in the lincRNA-ROR level between the two groups （P>0.05）. The lincRNA-ROR level in the cancer tissues of the study group was （2.2±0.8）， and that in the adjacent normal tissues was （0.8±0.2）， the lincRNA-ROR level in the cancer tissues of the study group was higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues （P<0.05）. The serum level of lincRNA-ROR in breast cancer patients was not correlated with age， TNM stage， human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 （HER2）， and cell proliferation index （ki-67） （P>0.05）， but was correlated with lymph node metastasis， PR， and ER （P<0.05）. Conclusion： During breast cancer examination， the level of lincRNA-ROR in serum of breast cancer patients was significantly increased， and the level of lincRNA-ROR in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues， and lincRNA-ROR was significantly correlated with the status of PR， ER receptor and lymph node metastasis， so lincRNA-ROR could be used as a potential molecular marker in breast cancer diagnosis.

乳腺癌是临床女性最常见的恶性肿瘤，近几年，该恶性肿瘤的发生率明显升高[1]。虽然乳腺癌的分子发生机制、早期诊断、治疗均有了很大的提升，但是发病5年内依然有30%～40%的患者会发生复发与转移，且侵袭、转移是导致患者复发、死亡的主要因素[2]。因此，对乳腺癌侵袭、转移机制进行分析对降低患者致死率、提高治疗成功率非常重要。近几年，临床研究发现，lincRNA异常表达与乳腺癌等其他恶性肿瘤的发生、发展存在紧密的联系，其可以通过多种途径对乳腺癌细胞生长、繁殖、凋亡、侵袭、转移进程造成影响[3]。随着更深入的研究发现，lincRNA在多种生物学进程中发挥着关键性作用，比如蛋白质翻译、转录后调节、基因转录、染色质重塑等[4]。当前临床上关于这方面的研究还比较少。此次研究的目的是探讨乳腺癌患者癌组织中lincRNA-ROR的表达变化及临床意义，以便可以为临床诊断、治疗乳腺癌患者提供一定的参考价值，现报道如下。……
