【摘要】 目的：探讨慢阻肺急性加重患者应用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合自拟中药汤剂治疗对其CAT评分、肺功能变化的影响。方法：选取2018年3月-2020年3月本院收治的慢阻肺急性加重患者78例，按照随机数字法将其分为研究组和对照组，各39例。对照组给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗，研究组给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合自拟中药汤剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肺功能指标改善情况、血清炎症因子水平、mMRC及CAT评分。结果：研究组临床总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组FVC、FEV1及FEV1/FVC水平改善情况均优于對照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组CRP、PCT水平均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组mMRC及CAT评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对慢阻肺急性加重患者应用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合自拟中药汤剂治疗效果理想，可有效促进炎症因子水平改善，使咳嗽、咳痰、气喘等症状得到缓解，有利于患者肺功能得到进一步恢复，临床可推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation combined with self-made chinese medicine decoction on CAT score and pulmonary function in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD. Method： A total of 78 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected， they divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method， 39 cases in each group. The control group was given Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation treatment， the study group was given Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction. The clinical efficacy， improvement of pulmonary function index， serum inflammatory factor level， mMRC and CAT score were compared. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， FVC， FEV1 and FEV1/FVC% levels in the study group were all better than those in the control group， with statistically significant differences （P<0.05）. After treatment， the levels of CRP and PCT in the study group were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， mMRC and CAT scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation combined with self-made Chinese medicine decoction has an ideal therapeutic effect on patients with acute exacerbation of COPD， which can effectively promote the improvement of inflammatory factors， make cough， expectoration， asthma and other symptoms reliered， facilitate the further recovery of pulmonary function in patients， it can be widely used clinic.

慢性阻塞性肺疾病属于临床上发病率较高的呼吸道疾病类型之一，特别是病情处于急性发作期的患者来说，其病情更加严重，对肺功能造成的损伤也比较大，极易对患者的生命健康造成威胁[1]。当前临床上多使用茶碱、糖皮质激素以及支气管扩张剂等药物对患者进行治疗，但是治疗期间易出现多种不良反应，因此在应用时具有一定的局限性。近几年来，中医药在临床中的使用越来越普遍，不仅能有效促进患者局部血液循环改善，还可以使患者体内的痰液尽快排出，对患者身体造成的损伤也较小[2]。因此，对于进一步降低病情急性发作的次数、促进患者呼吸功能改善具有良好作用。本研究探讨慢阻肺急性加重患者布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合自拟中药汤剂治疗对其CAT评分、肺功能变化的影响，现报道如下。……
