【摘    要】在素质教育的深化改革下，教育工作者的意识得到了有效提升，对幼儿在课堂学习中的体验感受愈发重视起来。在幼儿教育中，越来越多教师开始高度关注赏识教育，对幼儿的身心成长具有重要影响。基于此，本文将对赏识教育在幼儿教育活动中的作用展开研究。

【Abstract】Under the deepening reform of quality education， the awareness of educators has been effectively improved， and more and more attention is paid to the experience and feelings of children in classroom learning. In preschool education， more and more teachers are paying high attention to appreciation education， which has an important influence on children's physical and mental growth. Based on this， this article will conduct research on the role of appreciation education in preschool education activities.

一、賞识教育的基本内涵和特点

（一）赏识教育的基本内涵

幼儿的情绪表现是非常直观的，喜怒哀乐能够从幼儿的面部表情探究得到，同时，外界环境对幼儿情绪的影响也是直接的，幼儿往往会因为他人的夸奖而表现出开心的情绪，因为对外界的感受与自己的预期不相符而感到难过，从而产生焦躁、抵触的心理。而在赏识教育中，幼儿的这一特点则会被尽可能放大，通过鼓励性的语言与认可的态度，让幼儿受到激励，积极地参与到学习活动中，不断完善自身的不足，发展自身长处的过程，使幼儿能够潜在力量得到有效挖掘。通过教师肯定的评价，能够激发幼儿对学习的信心，对自我的认同感，使幼儿能够养成积极乐观的态度，保障幼儿的身心健康发展

（二）赏识教育的特点

赏识教育的特点可以概括为以下几点：其一，赏识教育能够突出幼儿在学习过程中的每一点进步，使幼儿在成长的过程中得到充分的表扬与认可，具有赞赏性特点，对幼儿自信心的树立具有显著作用。其二，赏识教育只有在轻松愉悦的氛围中才能发挥有效性，是一种以幼儿情绪为牵引的教育模式，对幼儿的心理成长具有支撑性特点。……
